At Purpose & Policy, we are a forward-thinking Organizational Development team made up of thought leaders, excellent communicators, and experts at all levels of organizations. Our mission is to provide support and tools in every aspect of work life for individuals, teams, and organizations.

We strive to provide innovative solutions to organizational problems of all sizes, offering both short-term support for small business owners as well as long-term strategies for large international companies.

Pepper Pastor

Founder

Pepper loves working with entrepreneurs, creatives, and tech startups. Her work in neuroscience adds a unique component to work behavior, using neuroscience to guide the development of executive functioning.
 

She specializes in developing high-trust cultures, assessments and analysis, talent development, team dynamics, and cultural and emotional intelligence.
 

Pepper holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Psychology from Towson University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from William James College.
 

She is currently a doctoral candidate in Neuroscience in Leadership Psychology at William James College.
Pepper holds affiliations with the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, and the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence.

 

Additionally, she is certified with the Fearless Organization Scan, the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence, and the Leadership Academy with the University of Texas.

Andrea St. George

Partner

Andrea provides coaching, consultation, and facilitation to individuals at all levels to address issues that could impede successful change management and improve organizational effectiveness.

 

She provides people with the tools necessary to confront issues that may be impacting their personal and professional success.

​

Additionally, Andrea helps teams work together to break down barriers to build positive and productive relationships.

​

She accomplishes this through the conduct of team-building workshops, executive leadership coaching, facilitation of leadership development programs, and experiential programs.

​

Andrea holds a Master of Science in Management from Emmanuel College and a PsyD in Leadership Psychology from William James College.

 

She holds certifications in True Colors, EQ at Work Coaching, Total Leadership, MBTI, EQ-i (2.0) and EQ-360, Daring Way™ Certified Facilitator, and Results Systems, as well as others, and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Executive Associate

Destiny Elizondo is a psychology graduate with six years of experience in customer service.

 

She has been awarded numerous badges for her contribution to customer success.

Destiny is dedicated to serving others, striving to provide resources, and support in life and work.

When not working, she can be found reading a good book or spending time in nature.

Ara Haroutiounian is an organizational development practitioner and core faculty member in the Organizational and Leadership Psychology Department at William James College and Lecturer at California State University Dominguez Hills.
​
His passion is studying, analyzing, learning from, and consulting with teams and organizations.
​
Clients include government agencies, companies in the technology, pharmaceutical, design, engineering, and entertainment industries, small and medium-sized enterprises, academic institutions, and not-for-profit organizations.

As a passionate Global Gallup Strength Coach and Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, Kathleen is dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and communities discover and maximize their unique strengths, while embracing a balanced and fulfilling life.

With a deep understanding of Gallup’s StrengthsFinder assessment, Kathleen specializes in unlocking the power of innate talents and leveraging them to drive success both professionally and personally.

She believes revealing natural strengths helps discover the truth and path of potential and guides individuals, teams, and communities toward goals, that align with core values and passions.

 

Kathleen is a graduate of New York University with a bachelor’s in Leadership and Management of Global Business. She is a certified Gallup Global Strengths Coach and a certified Health and Wellness Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
